I was wondering how long the DVD is. There are no EBAS classes in my area, but I think it would be be very good for me. Thanks!

The EBAS DVD is an hour and twenty minutes. It is a little longer than the traditional flow class as it takes a little more time for teaching dialogue and gives the learner a little more time to sense and feel the information. EBAS is a wonderful re-education and cross training for many movement modalities helping to improve many a practices!

Is this DVD still available for purchase? My sister is raving about this and I really would like to try this but I don’t think I can make it to a live class.
